2009 Buffalo Bicycle Classic

Date:
September 13, 2009
Location:
University of Colorado - Boulder Campus, Colorado Blvd. and Folsom Ave, Boulder, Colorado
Denver CSF Chapter Coordinator, Bryan Downey, has signed up to ride his bike 100 miles! This is great news because this will be his first century since his decompression surgeries related to Chiari and syringomyelia in 2006.

Once an avid cyclist, Bryan had to step away from the sport while recovering from treatments related to the disorders.  He's Back! Please join Bryan on Team Chiari for the ride and make a donation to CSF on his behalf!

More Information

Rider check-in, packet pick-up, and continental breakfast start at 6:30am. While checking-in, grab some freshly brewed Amante coffee, yogurt and granola with fresh fruit, muffins, and juice.

After the Ride

There’s no better way to end a long day in the saddle than by eating lots of tasty food, getting a massage, winning raffle prizes, throwing back a cold beer, and regaling fellow cyclists with tales from the road at our post-ride party!

In addition, the Benson Field finish area offers secure bike parking and bathroom facilities. And you’re not more than a minute or two from the parking lots.

Be sure to save your bib tearoff—it serves as your ticket to the post-ride party, as well as your entry ticket in our post-ride raffle. Enter the drawing for gifts: bikes, clothing, gift certificates, and more.

Century riders can pick up their century hats at the Elevations Credit Union tent, provided you had your bib stamped at Aid Station #5 (Horsetooth Reservoir).

The finish area will be closed at 4pm.
