Board of Directors Strategic Plan Meeting

The entire Board of Directors and staff met in Chicago under the guidance of Executive Service Corp. to chart a course for 2008.
The need for a 3 year strategic plan was evident and the board planned for a meeting with CSF's Board of Trustees for March in Dallas, TX, CSF's Medical Research Board in April in Chicago, Il, and a final meeting to draft a three year plan with all three Boards in August.
Plans to elect the members of the Medical Research Board moved forward. Board initiatives include the bi-laws and structure of the interlocking boards, acceptance of 2008 Budget, and significant events calendar in place.
