CSF Three-Year Strategic Plan Meeting

The meeting was led by consultants from Executive Service Corp. of Chicago, who lent their extensive knowledge base and expertise to this day-long retreat.
The meeting was attended by the entire CSF Board of Directors, along with members of the CSF Board of Trustees, Medical Research Board and staff. The goals and objectives of this meeting were to lay out a comprehensive three-year business plan, program agenda and research endowment strategy.
